Licence Agreement
Grant of licence
When you buy a paid ShoreZella plugin, we grant you a non-exclusive licence to install and use it on the number of websites covered by your tier (for example, one site, three sites, or unlimited sites).
What you may do
- Install and use the plugin on your own sites, and on client sites where your tier allows.
- Receive updates and support while your licence is active.
- Modify the plugin for your own use, in line with its open-source components.
What you may not do
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the premium plugin as your own product.
- Share your licence key publicly or use it beyond your tier’s site limit.
- Remove or alter licensing and attribution in a way that breaches these terms.
Updates and support
Access to updates and support is tied to an active licence. If a licence lapses, the plugin keeps working, but you will not receive new updates or support until you renew.
Free plugins
Our free plugins distributed on WordPress.org are licensed under the GPL, in line with WordPress. You are free to use them under those terms.
Ownership
ShoreZella retains all rights, title, and interest in the premium software, except for the rights expressly granted to you in this licence.
Termination
This licence ends if you materially breach these terms. On termination, you must stop using the premium plugin. This does not affect your rights under the GPL for free components.
Warranty
The software is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Please also see the disclaimers in our Terms of Service.
