Paid plugins are sold under a licence that covers a set number of sites and a period of updates and support. Full terms are in our Licence Agreement. Free plugins are provided under their WordPress.org licence.

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity under your account. Please give us accurate information and keep it up to date.

Payments and renewals

Payments are processed by Paddle, our authorised reseller and merchant of record. Annual licences renew automatically unless cancelled, and you will be notified before renewal. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to resell, redistribute, or misrepresent our software, or use it for anything unlawful. Licences are for your own sites and, where the tier allows, your clients’ sites.

Intellectual property

Our brand, website, and premium code (except where covered by an open-source licence) remain the property of ShoreZella. Your licence grants use, not ownership.

Disclaimers

Our software is provided as is. We work hard to make it reliable, but we cannot guarantee it will be error-free or compatible with every third-party plugin, theme, or setup.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ShoreZella is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our software or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
