Refund Policy
Last updated 23 July 2026
In short: paid ShoreZella plugins come with a 14-day money-back guarantee if the plugin does not work as described on our product page. We are not responsible for conflicts caused by third-party plugins or add-ons.
Our guarantee
We want you to be confident when you buy. If a paid plugin does not work as described on its ShoreZella product page, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
What qualifies for a refund
- The plugin does not perform a feature we clearly advertise on its product page.
- The plugin cannot be made to work on a supported, standard WordPress setup, and our support team is unable to resolve it.
- The request is made within 14 days of the original purchase.
What is not covered
To keep this fair for everyone, refunds are not available in these cases:
- Third-party conflicts. We cannot be responsible for issues caused by other plugins, themes, add-ons, or custom code on your site. These are outside our control.
- Requests made after the 14-day window.
- A change of mind after the plugin has worked as described, or buying the wrong product by mistake once it has been used.
- Problems caused by an unsupported or heavily modified WordPress environment.
Before requesting a refund, please contact our support team. Most issues, including many third-party conflicts, can be fixed quickly, and we are happy to help.
Free plugins
Our free plugins, such as ShoreZella Login Styler, are free on WordPress.org and do not involve a payment, so no refund is needed.
How to request a refund
Email us through our contact page with your order email and a short description of the problem. We aim to respond within one business day and process approved refunds promptly.
Payments are processed by Paddle, our authorised reseller and merchant of record. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Where local consumer law gives you additional rights, those rights still apply.
